Why We're Hiring
This role will act as this executive’s right-hand partner, bridging creative vision with execution. This role combines high-level admin support, project management, strategic liaison duties, and proactive representation to ensure seamless operations and alignment across the company.
What You'll Do
- Administrative Mastery:
- Manage all admin for executive’s desk—calendar optimization, travel booking, record-keeping, information management, expense tracking, and personal affairs—with ironclad confidentiality.
- Proactive Support:
- Prep for meetings (briefs, agendas), track projects/OKRs, spot issues early, and handle confidential creative matters.
- Strategic Bridge & Project Management:
- Ensure creative strategy and direction permeates departments by liaising with chiefs, executive producers, and directors; foster shared understanding of nomenclature, expectations, OKRs, and company goals.
- Comms Command & Obligation Balance:
- Traffic all communications (Gmail, Slack, etc.) as the human-in-the-loop gatekeeper, using AI-native skills for agentic assistance with zero failure points.
- Industry Presence:
- Network on behalf of the office at events, especially NYC developer community; build relationships to support creative initiatives.
- Tech Forward:
- High curiosity and learning agility to adopt latest tech/AI workflows, helping build internal digital infrastructure as a versatile generalist.
Who You Are
- 7+ years supporting an executive in consumer marketing insights, creative strategy, or design, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
- Proven executive support experience, ideally to C-level creatives
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simotaneously
- Experienced with Google Suite and Slack
- AI/tech savvy, generalist mindset, thrives in fast-paced ambiguity
- Exceptional discretion, curiosity-driven learner, strong communicator
- Passion for innovation and AI integration
- NYC-based and ability/willingness to travel
$110,000 - $115,000 a yearThe Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
