About the Internship:
FullBeauty Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Indianapolis Fulfillment Center as a Fulfillment Center Operations Intern. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for current undergraduate students (rising juniors and seniors preferred) who are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have a passion for warehouse operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in warehouse and fulfillment center operations, including inventory management, order processing, and workflow optimization.
- Work on real-world supply chain challenges, analyzing data and providing insights to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams and leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support logistics, distribution, and operational planning efforts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Utilize analytical tools and reports to monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, working closely with various teams to understand end-to-end fulfillment center operations.
- Gain exposure to automation technologies, warehouse management systems, and industry-leading fulfillment center strategies.
What You Bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related program.
- A strong passion for warehouse operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new challenges and take initiative.
