NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.Novo Health Services is hiring a Third shift, full-time Maintenance Technician Lead for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.
The Maintenance Technician Lead will perform repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on laundry and boiler room equipment while leading and assisting 3rd shift Technicians.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for trouble shooting automated industrial equipment.Assist in training maintenance personnel.Responsible for installation, and maintenance of equipment.Responsible for building maintenance and repair.Responsible for strong preventative maintenance program.Responsible for assisting in concerns: OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc.Responsible for directing maintenance techs & assigning daily work orders.Responsible to learn all responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor for future promotion potentials.Uses knowledge of industrial maintenance to repair, modify, or fabricate parts for equipment.Requires analysis of equipment to determine necessary repairs. Ability to analyzes blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment.Install utility lines for steam, water, air, gas, condensate, etc., including soldering, pipe threading, and electrical conduit.Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.Complete all required safety training.Ensure all work is assigned and recorded into the maintenance site.
