But an internship at 22squared gives you more than that. As a 100% independent and employee-owned agency, the goal of our internship is to bring you into a collective of independent spirits who make relevant work.
- PROGRAM DATES: Monday, June 1st - Friday, August 7th
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, March 16th, 2026
- AVAILABILITY: This is a full-time, up to 40hr/week hybrid internship program. Candidates must be available Monday–Friday. We’re closed on Juneteenth (6/19) and Independence Day (7/4)!
- COMPENSATION: $15/hour

The Media Internship Experience: Build, Own, and Compound
At 22squared, we don’t just buy media; we build media systems designed for exponential growth. As an intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be stepping into a 100% employee-owned environment where "rolling up your sleeves" is our baseline and partnership is our product.This isn't a "coffee and copies" internship. You will be embedded within our core teams to learn the architecture of modern media across five specialized pillars:
- Media Planning & Investment: Learn how to develop high-level channel strategies, identify high-value audiences, and master the art of negotiation across Digital, TV, Audio, and OOH.
- AdTech & Analytics: Get hands-on with the "engine room" of advertising. You’ll learn to traffic ad tags, troubleshoot delivery, and use data modeling and attribution to guide million-dollar decisions.
- Strategic Partnership: Discover what it means to be a "fully invested partner." You’ll see firsthand how our independence allows us to make the right decisions for our long-tenured clients, focusing on compounding results rather than just meeting quotas.

Explore just how far you can go in our 10-week program, Monday, June 1st - Friday, August 7th. We make it a point to ensure our interns leave with a few extra tools in their proverbial tool belts. Each week, we train our interns on something new by means of sessions and panels, in addition to a summer-long project.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
- A minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Problem-solving abilities; resourceful
- Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Authorized to work in the US and legal residence in Georgia
