Summary/Objective
This role combines strategic finance leadership, enterprise analytics, and Chief of Staff level execution to support the executive team in driving growth, operational rigor, and transaction readiness. This position owns the numbers, shapes the strategy, and executes discipline across ecommerce, retail, and operations.
Essential Functions
- Own FP&A for the ecommerce and retail business.
- Act as the CEO and CFO’s primary analytical and strategic thought partner, framing complex business questions and tradeoffs.
- Help define annual priorities, multi-year strategic plans, and operating rhythms for the organization.
- Translate strategy into executable plans with clear milestones and accountability.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models and scenario analyses.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive analytical rigor across key performance areas, including:
- Product productivity and SKU rationalization
- Marketing ROI, CAC, LTV
- Ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channel performance
- Inventory, working capital, and cash flow
- Manufacturing, sourcing, and margin economics
- Establish and own company-wide KPI definitions, dashboards, and operating cadences.
- Prepare board-level materials, executive presentations, and leadership communications.
- Facilitate executive and cross functional leadership meetings with clear agendas, reports, decisions, and follow-through.

Required Education and Experience
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or portfolio operations.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, consumer, or PE-backed environments highly valued.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printer/copiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Must be able to work extended hours as needed, to include weekends and holidays.
