Customer Support Specialist (Entry-Level)
Orlando, FL (On-Site – 5 Days/Week)Biller Genie is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve basic platform issues, and ensure a positive experience with our software.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.If applying from out of state, please include “Planning to Relocate” at the top of your resume.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot basic platform questions and guide customers to solutions
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Document all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Identify common questions and suggest ways to improve support resources
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
