Job Summary:The Functional Consultant provides analytical, facilitation, documentation, and technical support across PSC initiatives. This role ensures disciplined execution, accurate documentation, and reliable data and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups.
  • Produce meeting minutes, action item logs, and follow up reporting.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Support Microsoft Access databases, including SQL, VBA, and reporting updates.
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and SharePoint repositories.
  • Provide day to day analytical and administrative program support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting US Coast Guard (USCG) and/or DHS (MUST).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master’s degree.
  • Experience supporting federal program management efforts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, VBA, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to contribute to growth & business development activity as necessary.
