Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Rotational Training:
immerse yourself in structured rotations across key departments Brand, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics and Operations to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
Operational Understanding:
Gain insights into the entire operation process and workflow of various departments
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop solutions that align with Pattern’s mission and values.
Leadership Development:
Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
