Your Impact:
As an Associate Performance Creative, you will support the execution of paid advertising creative across all channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working across static, motion, and video assets, with creative direction provided by the VP of Marketing and external agency partners. This role is ideal for an early-career designer looking to build experience in performance marketing while developing a strong, results-driven portfolio.As an Associate Performance Creative, your responsibilities will include:-Execute static, motion, and video creative for paid advertising across:- Paid social platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)- Search and display platforms (Google, programmatic)- Select out-of-home placements- Edit short-form video and motion assets using provided direction and assets.- Support content capture as needed, including basic filming and setup under guidance.- Adapt creative into multiple formats, sizes, and variations for testing.- Implement creative updates based on feedback from the VP of Marketing and agency partners.- Prepare final files for delivery across platforms.- Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and version control.
What You Will Bring:
Well-qualified individuals will possess the following;- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or creative production.- Strong foundation in static design with exposure to motion and video.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and at least one video editing tool.- Ability to follow creative direction and execute efficiently.- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn performance marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to paid advertising creative (internship, freelance, agency, or in-house).- Experience adapting creative for Meta or Google ad formats.- Interest in paid social, performance marketing, or growth teams.

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year along with additional benefits. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment.
