About the role
As our commercial activity grows, we are strengthening our Growth Marketing function and are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring consistency, follow-through, and measurable outcomes across our commercial initiatives.You will report to the Growth Director, working closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders to turn plans into delivered results.
The impact you will have
Our commercial and growth agenda for the coming year is ambitious. We are running multiple campaigns, newsletters, events, ABM initiatives, and sales support activities in parallel. You will be responsible for running campaigns end-to-end and making sure things actually get out the door, are measured, and improved.
What you will do
- Own execution of demand generation campaigns from setup to launch to follow-up
- Build and run automated campaigns in HubSpot, including lists, workflows, forms, and reporting
- Coordinate and deploy campaign assets such as newsletters, landing pages, presentations, and fact sheets
- Support flagship events and commercial initiatives with campaign execution and follow-up
- Maintain and update website content connected to campaigns and launches
- Track performance across lead conversions and engagement, and optimize continuously
- Support the commercial team with structured campaign and RFP related execution when needed
Who you are
- You have a relevant academic degree in marketing, communication, business, technology, or a related field
- You have experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign execution
- You have worked in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment
- You are hands-on and comfortable owning execution without waiting for perfect briefs
- You care about outcomes, conversion, and follow-through
- You are not afraid of doing repetitive or unglamorous tasks if they move the needle
- You prefer testing, learning, and adjusting over waiting and over-planning
Skills we are looking for
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign workflows
- Basic website content management experience
- Comfort working with presentations and marketing material
- Understanding of LinkedIn as a distribution channel, both organic and paid
- Ability to track results, analyze performance, and work data-driven
- Strong working proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), combined with an async-first mindset. You are structured, keep shared drives and documentation tidy, and stay engaged and visible in a distributed team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience supporting newsletters, events, or ABM initiatives
- Practical experience using AI tools to increase efficiency, and quality in campaign execution
- Basic design or Figma skills
- Experience working with global audiences
What we offer
- We value this role at 34,000–38,000 SEK per month, depending on skills, seniority, and overall match. In line with our commitment to salary transparency and the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we believe being clear with the salary band upfront is both fair and respectful of everyone’s time.
- This role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid setup, spending 3 days per week collaborating at our A-house office on Östermalm, with flexibility to work 2 days from wherever you feel most productive.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover.
