  • Pay: $120,000–$150,000 base

  • Founding Head of Marketing. Department of one.
  • Full ownership: brand, demand gen, content, web, events.
  • Measured on pipeline, speed, and credibility—not impressions.
  • You execute. You don’t delegate and wait.

What you’ll do


  • Build demand gen that creates qualified pipeline.
  • Run LinkedIn ads, email sequences, partners, events.
  • Write case studies, web copy, sales one-pagers.
  • Translate complex compliance topics into clear value.
  • Lead website redesign with outside vendors.
  • Stand up HubSpot and attribution with sales.
  • Make conferences pay for themselves.

Must-haves


  • 5–8 years B2B marketing experience.
  • Hands-on operator. You ship the work yourself.
  • Strong HubSpot experience (zero-to-one OK).
  • Proven demand gen tied to revenue.
  • Clear, confident writer.

Nice to have


  • SaaS or tech-enabled services background.
  • Regulated industry exposure.
  • GovCon familiarity (not required).
