Role snapshot
- Own IT execution for a growing, multi-site healthcare services platform
- Lead through a small internal team plus an outsourced MSP
- Focus on standardization, vendor governance, and predictable delivery
- Report to senior operations leadership with PE oversight

What you’ll do
- Set clear service desk priorities, SLAs, and performance visibility
- Run MSP governance; hold vendors accountable to outcomes
- Standardize endpoints, identity, network, and site services
- Lead IT integration for new locations and teams
- Ensure reliable security controls and incident readiness
- Partner with operations, clinical leaders, and executives
Must-haves
- Prior IT Director-level ownership, not just execution
- MSP or vendor-led operating model experience
- Multi-site environment experience
- M&A or integration exposure in fast-growth settings
- Strong executive and non-technical communication
Nice to have
- Healthcare, MSO, or other regulated environment experience
- Repeated small-scale integrations vs one-off large projects
- Security execution experience beyond policy creation
