Legal Department Internship Opportunity
eMed is seeking one (1) Summer Legal Intern to support our Legal Department during our 8-week Summer Internship Program, running from June 1st through July 31st, 2026.This internship provides hands-on experience within a fast-growing health-tech company operating at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and innovation.The Legal Intern will support:
- Contract review and redlining
- Regulatory research and analysis
- Corporate governance initiatives
- Compliance documentation and tracking
- Privacy and policy-related projects
- Organizing and maintaining legal records
- Additional assigned projects as business needs evolve
Interns will gain direct exposure to the operational, regulatory, and governance framework of a nationally scaling healthcare platform.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (pre-law, legal studies, or related field preferred)
- U.S. Veterans are encouraged to apply
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Interest in healthcare, regulatory environments, or corporate governance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Miami, FL headquarters
