  • Support the development of strategic insights, creative territories, and big ideas through decks, mood boards, and written frameworks
  • Track cultural moments, emerging platforms, and creative best practices relevant to our clients and projects
  • Collaborate with Creative, Insight, Experience, and Community teams to help bring ideas from early concept through execution
  • Support administrative and operational tasks by organizing materials, references, and research to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • A curious, culturally fluent thinker with a strong interest in brand, creative, and cultural strategy
  • Someone who loves researching trends, music, media, design, internet culture, and emerging platforms — and can connect dots across them
  • Comfort working in decks, docs, and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Keynote, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media from a consumer perspective, with familiarity across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also taking initiative on independent tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs proactively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What We Offer
