Full-timeDescriptionThis is an entry level, on-site position in our Coating facility.Primary responsibilities will be to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to improve our workflows.
Duties
- Coordinate daily activities including invoicing, assisting with quotes status of items in-house, and customer calls, coordinating customer visits, document filing, data entry, etc.
- Assist with updating status reports for current inductions, shipped units, repair orders, etc.
- May be required to assist in developing analysis on turnaround times, job margins, customer feedback, etc.
- May attend production and other meetings to keep the Site Leader updated and to inform management of the status of our customer backlog.
- Assist in preparing proposals/contracts as may be required.
- Assist in receiving and other areas as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
High school Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 to 3 years in a technical customer service role with administrative responsibilitiesTechnical, sales marketing and customer support dealing with aerospace products such as APU’s or other rotating equipment.Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.Experience with Infor SyteLine or similar ERP systemsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.Must be able to work on-site;
