Role Summary:


The Lead/Principal Project Manager plays a hands‑on role in delivering complex projects across the region. The role is primarily responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery including overall project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, supporting the implementation team. They ensure that the project meets its objectives, stays within scope, on time, and within budget. The position is also responsible for development and embedding of project management systems and practices working collaboratively across the implementation team.

What you’ll be doing:


1. Hands‑On Project Delivery

  • Lead delivery of complex multi‑stream projects.
  • Develop and maintain plans, schedules, risks, issues.
  • Coordinate resources and drive execution.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, maintaining client engagement and ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and lead resolution planning
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Meeting established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more
  • Manages project closing, reporting and hand over to Client, Support and Sales
  • Assists team with creating and tracking tickets with Engineering and Product Development, if appropriate. *
  • “Mark for Invoicing” – to initiate task for invoicing

2, Systems, Processes & Improvement

  • Enhance PM frameworks, templates, tools, working in and aligning with US team on PMO processes and documentation as appropriate.
  • Support implementation teams.
  • Project audits to ensure best practice

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Product, Sales alongside implementation team, as relevant.
  • Support scoping and pre‑sales.
  • Provide mentorship.

Skills & Competencies:


  • 8-10+ years project management experience
  • PMP/PRINCE2/Agile
  • Experience in tech, healthcare or complex implementation
  • Program and portfolio management expertise.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills - thought leadership in project management methodologies and practices.
  • Risk and change management proficiency
  • Resource task management
  • Effective time management
  • Strong Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • PMP Certified a plus (Senior PM)
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Exceptional client advisory and executive influence
  • Collaborative approach – facilitation skills in cross functional settings
