About the Technical Delivery Lead
The Technical Delivery Lead role is part of our staffing unit and will be embedded on a client site working directly with their project teams. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across a complex, composable digital ecosystem spanning Ecommerce, Martech, and Enterprise IT. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technical leadership—ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to business outcomes. You will play a critical role in driving cross-functional execution across our Sitecore, Product Information Management (likely Salsify or Akeneo), Meta/Google, Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and partnership with IT around Azure/ADF/Hyperscale workstreams.
We’re specifically looking for someone with strong technical depth, hybrid on-site availability (in-office M-W, remote Th-F), and the ability to elevate coordination across Ecommerce, Martech, and supporting IT teams. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and IT to orchestrate delivery across multiple platforms and vendors. While a lot of the work will be focusing primarily on execution, leadership, technical strategy, and cross-team alignment, you will also need deep technical knowledge to be successful.

We value each applicant and want to learn about the real you. Be yourself in your responses, and our team will look forward to understanding what you can bring to this role!

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery in close partnership with the lead solution architect working across Ecommerce, Martech, Mobile, and Enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring complex, cross-team work moves forward despite competing priorities

- Work directly with senior technical leadership to translate business needs and architectural intent into clear delivery plans, sequencing, and execution paths focused on outcomes and business value
- Drive initiatives to completion across internal delivery teams and external partners, including ecommerce, mobile, and martech
- Coordinate work that spans web, mobile applications, ecommerce platforms, Salesforce environments, and third-party channel partners supporting email, SMS, direct mail, and related integrations
- Bring structure to an overloaded environment by maturing backlogs, clarifying priorities, identifying dependencies, and aligning work to measurable business ROI
- Provide technical leadership and credibility grounded in prior engineering experience, enabling productive conversations around relational databases, APIs, integrations, and cloud systems without serving as the primary day-to-day engineer
- Step in tactically when needed to unblock delivery through design validation, technical guidance, or targeted execution support
