As we scale, we’re looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist who’s empathetic, product-savvy, and slightly technical. Someone who can help users succeed, troubleshoot issues confidently, and elevate the overall product experience.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead live customer onboarding and training calls, guiding users through product features, best practices, and use cases.
  • Conduct follow-ups to drive adoption and usage
  • Host weekly training sessions for self-service and broader customer groups
  • Conduct demo audits with customers looking to optimize their existing demos
  • Maintain and improve onboarding materials, documentation, and content for new product releases, and help socialize updates with customers
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Marketing to share insights and improve the customer experience
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes as we grow

Who You Are


  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, support, or within a SaaS environment
  • A clear and friendly communicator, comfortable writing to customers and joining live video calls
  • Empathetic and patient, able to explain product features and workflows simply
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing follow-ups, outreach, and multiple customer conversations
  • Curious and eager to learn, using customer feedback and basic usage data to support process improvements
  • Motivated to help customers reach value quickly and contribute to helpful resources and processes

Nice to Have


  • Experience with customer engagement or CRM tools
  • Experience creating onboarding or educational content
  • Comfort hosting group trainings or webinars
  • Interest in automation, AI tools, or scaling processes
