About the Role


As a Senior Technical Program, Project, and Portfolio Management Leader, you will drive the delivery of IntelliSPEC’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives. This role blends portfolio leadership, program execution, and Agile coaching to ensure strategy is translated into predictable, high-quality outcomes across teams and value streams.You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, and organizational transformation, enabling alignment across executives, product leaders, architects, and engineering teams.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong delivery discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to coach teams and leaders toward modern Agile and SAFe practices.

The Team


You will join IntelliSPEC’s Product and Technology leadership ecosystem, working closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Operations leaders. The environment is collaborative, execution-focused, and built around solving complex industrial problems at scale while continuously improving how work gets done.

What We’re Looking For- Required


  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, portfolio management, or technology delivery leadership
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, programs, or Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Strong hands-on experience operating in Agile and SAFe environments, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
  • Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable portfolios, roadmaps, and delivery plans
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, modern engineering practices, and cloud-based platforms
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across complex systems and organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, delivery predictability, and flow optimization

What We’re Looking For - Preferred


  • SAFe certifications (SAFe Agilist, SPC, RTE, or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner)
  • Experience serving as an Agile Coach or leading Agile transformations at scale
  • Background in software engineering, systems engineering, architecture, or technical product leadership
  • Experience in large enterprise, industrial, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead portfolio-level planning and execution across multiple programs and strategic initiatives
  • Translate business strategy into prioritized portfolios, roadmaps, and investment plans aligned with value delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
  • Serve as a senior Agile and SAFe leader, enabling PI Planning, ART coordination, and cross-team alignment
  • Coach leaders, product managers, and teams on Agile principles, lean flow, and outcome-driven delivery
  • Partner with architecture and engineering leaders to align technical strategy with delivery execution
  • Establish delivery metrics and governance models that balance agility with accountability
  • Communicate portfolio health, delivery status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops, retrospectives, and data-driven insights
