Your Impact
As the Business Applications Administrator, you support and advance K2United’s business applications ecosystem. You are responsible for the day-to-day administration, reliability, and integrity of designated enterprise platforms—including Atlassian tools, ERP systems, and other approved applications—while providing delegated administrative support and backup coverage for Salesforce.Your work ensures that systems:
- Operate predictably and securely
- Align with approved business processes
- Maintain clean, reliable data
- Scale without unnecessary complexity
You own how supported systems work and stay healthy. You do not own business prioritization, requirements definition, user adoption strategy, or primary Salesforce ownership—but your execution makes all of those possible.Key areas of impact include:
- Atlassian Platform Administration: Ensuring Jira and Confluence are consistently configured, governed, and integrated across the enterprise.
- Salesforce Support: Providing reliable backup administration and executing well-defined, lower-risk configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Enterprise Application Operations: Keeping ERP and other business systems stable, integrated, and up to date.
- Automation: Reducing manual effort and error through well-designed, supportable workflows and integrations.
- System Integrity & Security: Monitoring health, validating changes, and supporting compliance and audit readiness.
Your success is measured by system reliability, low incident rates, clean deployments, and platforms that teams trust.Requirements
Core Experience & Skills
- Experience administering enterprise business applications (e.g., Atlassian, ERP platforms, CRM systems)
- Hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience (projects, workflows, permissions, spaces)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration, with the ability to execute delegated configuration tasks
- Experience supporting integrations and data flows between systems
- Strong understanding of change management, configuration control, and platform governance
Automation & Technical Capability
- Experience building or maintaining automations (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Atlassian Automation, scripts, or integrations)
- Ability to test, validate, and document automation to ensure long-term supportability
- Comfort troubleshooting system issues using structured, methodical approaches
Operational & Collaboration Skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and system reliability
- Able to follow standards while applying practical judgment
- Comfortable partnering with IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Clear communicator who documents decisions, configurations, and procedures
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting ERP systems
- Familiarity with IT service management practices (incident, problem, and change management)
- Experience working in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
