About Opal Security:

Identity is having a moment. Every company is deploying agents, spinning up service accounts, and realizing their IAM stack can't keep up. You'll build and scale our product organization, work directly with security and engineering teams at Fortune 500s and startups alike, understand their messy reality, and cement our position as the leader in AI-native IAM.

You'll report directly to our CEO and serve on the executive leadership team, partnering closely with our CTO on technical strategy and our go-to-market leaders on positioning and growth. Please note: We've built a team that works exceptionally well together and has fun doing so. We're looking to bring on new teammates who will both add to and grow with what we're building 🙂
