The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical roles across Fortegra’s organization. This role works closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality talent that supports the company’s continued growth and business objectives.

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting for complex, senior-level, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage complex offers and experience with executive compensation components.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI and data-driven recruitment practices to improve talent identification, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting metrics to drive outcomes
  • Recruiting experience within the insurance or financial services industry preferred
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
  • Background in high-growth or evolving organizations preferred

Primary Job Functions:


  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and specialized roles across Fortegra’s insurance business lines.
  • Experience recruiting across European markets, including support of subsidiaries and affiliate organizations
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networks
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting practices
  • Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and tools
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
