As a key member of the IT Support team, you’ll provide hands-on technical and security support across your assigned state, troubleshooting issues, supporting new locations launches, ensuring our systems stay online, secure, and compliant so our teams can focus on what they do best.
Your Impact
- Provide responsive technical support, resolving issues via phone, email, chat, and onsite support to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and support Seed-to-Sale systems, hardware, software, network, and security devices, escalating issues clearly when needed.
- Support new location launches by setting up workstations, network infrastructure, and security systems.
- Partner with managers and vendors to resolve system and equipment issues efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively monitor and maintain network, security, and technology uptime across state facilities.
- Maintain and organize technology and security equipment while keeping accurate inventory records and documentation across assigned facilities.
Your Strengths
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, technology infrastructure, or security systems.
- Comfortable supporting users across multiple channels and working onsite as needed, including a rotating on-call schedule.
- Proficient in Windows with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality in a regulated environment.
This role is based in Capitol heights, MD with travel to Rockville, Baltimore, and Oxon Hill as needed.
