Logistics Analyst Journeyman
Overview:
ITC Defense is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) to support the PMA-290 Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts. In this role, you will plan, analyze, and execute logistics across all Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements throughout the program life cycle, supporting international MPRA programs from case development through sustainment. You will work closely with program managers, technical teams, and international partners to ensure effective logistics execution, system readiness, and long-term supportability of MPRA systems and associated equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute logistics strategies for PMA-290 MPRA international programs, including case development, implementation, sustainment, and follow-on support.
- Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analyses to improve readiness and sustainment for P-8A and P-3 FMS cases.
- Develop and maintain logistics documentation such as Program and Support Plans (P&SP), ILS Program Management Plans, and maintenance transition plans.
- Provide technical recommendations for maintenance planning, supply support, support equipment, and sustainment engineering to improve supportability and reduce life-cycle costs.
- Manage configuration and data processes, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical directive tracking for FMS cases.
- Analyze spares and support equipment requirements; track deliveries and recommend procurement and distribution efficiencies.
- Prepare cost estimates, financial projections, and Price & Availability (P&A) data for international customers.
- Conduct assessments of foreign logistics and maintenance capabilities and recommend improvements for in-country support.
- Support Information Exchange Projects (IEPs) and training to enhance interoperability and data transfer capabilities.
- Participate in program reviews, logistics conferences, and site surveys; prepare briefings and provide in-country technical support as required (CONUS/OCONUS travel).
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Active Secret Clearance is required in order to be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and greater than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition or life cycle management.
- Acceptable alternative: six (6) years of work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Acceptable alternative: Associate’s degree and four (4) year additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with NAVAIR.
- Previous Aviation Electronics Technician (AT) experience.
- Fleet logistics/maintenance experience.
- Experience supporting FMS customers.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Maryland, ITC Defense is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Maryland and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
