Aroma360 is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our in-house creative team and lead the strategy and performance of our paid media creative. This role bridges luxury brand storytelling and data-driven execution, translating business goals and performance insights into clear creative direction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creatives, paid media teams, and agencies to develop, test, and scale high-performing creative that aligns with Aroma360’s premium brand and drives growth across the funnel.

About the Role:


Campaign Briefing & Launch Strategy


  • Lead the development of creative briefs for new sales initiatives, product launches, relaunches, and promotional moments
  • Translate business goals, performance insights, and funnel strategy into clear creative direction, messaging frameworks, and priorities
  • Ensure briefs clearly define target audiences, key angles, deliverables, and testing considerations to support efficient execution

Creative Strategy & Performance


  • Develop high-performing creative angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps for paid media campaigns.
  • Translate paid media performance data into actionable creative insights and iterations
  • Oversee creative testing and asset optimization to improve specific KPI’s

Paid Media Creative Support


  • Partner closely with paid media teams and agencies to align creative strategy with media goals
  • Support multi-seven-figure monthly ad spend through performance-driven creative direction
  • Identify winning creative concepts and scale them across platforms and formats

Creative Quality Control & Distribution


  • Review and evaluate all incoming creative from the internal creative team to ensure alignment with brand standards, campaign objectives, and performance goals
  • Provide strategic feedback and refinement direction to optimize creative for paid media performance before external distribution
  • Curate and funnel approved creative to paid media agencies, clearly communicating usage guidelines, funnel placement, and testing priorities

Data, Reporting & Optimization


  • Own creative performance reporting across paid media, providing clear insights on what’s working, what’s not, and why, with recommendations tied directly to revenue impact
  • Analyze performance trends across creatives, formats, and funnels to inform testing roadmaps, creative pivots, and scaling decisions
  • Communicate concise, actionable performance recaps to internal stakeholders and external partners, translating data into clear next steps

Salary and Schedule:


  • $70-$80K annually
  • Monday-Friday In-Office
  • Wynwood, Miami
