We are hiring a Technical Support Representative to deliver hands on help desk and software support for internal and external customers. You will troubleshoot SaaS applications and related infrastructure, manage tickets and phone interactions, and work across technologies including MS Azure hosting, MS SQL, Oracle databases, web servers, mobile devices, printers, tablets, Crystal Reports, and Power BI. Configure new systems and execute upgrades for on premises deployments.
Job Description:
- Provide timely help desk and software support to internal and external customers via ticketing systems and phone.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues across the technology stack.
- Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and document root causes and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members using the intelligent swarming model to resolve complex problems.
- Configure new systems and execute upgrades for on‑premises deployments.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the support lifecycle.
