HRIS Analyst

We are looking for a talented HRIS Analyst, to join Wildlife's HRIS team in São Paulo, Brazil.
As part of the HRIS team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of HR data across our systems. You will monitor and audit HR data, oversee process improvements, and support the evolution of our HR technology landscape. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams, including Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition, to understand business needs and translate them into efficient and scalable HR system solutions.Our work has a high impact on our company's success and culture.

What you'll do


  • Lead quality assurance and ensure data integrity for employee personal data, job records, and personnel actions within the HRIS
  • Use existing applications (SAP SuccessFactors) and integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports and insights
  • Provide end-to-end HRIS support, including:
  • User support and training
  • System configuration and monitoring
  • Data quality controls and audits
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Resolution of system, integration, or process issues
  • Troubleshoot issues, drive continuous improvements, ensure compliance, and support HRIS related projects
  • Recommend and implement solutions for issues related to employee job record updates that affect Total Rewards and other HR processes
  • Stay up to date with HRIS industry best practices and emerging trends

What you'll need


  • 3+ years of HRIS experience, including employee record maintenance, interfaces, user support, system support, configuration, and data monitoring
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Experience working with programming or query languages such as SQL and Python
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in written English
