We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our customization shop in Greenfield, Indiana. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to meet customer demand, deadlines, and efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules Coordinate with production, sales, and management teams to ensure accurate scheduling and ontime delivery
  • Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays Communicate schedule changes clearly to production staff and leadership
  • Prioritize work orders based on deadlines, capacity, and customer needs Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Support continuous improvement in workflow and scheduling processesQualifications:

  • Previous experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or shop operations 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
