$5.00 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift$500 retention bonus.80 hours of holiday pay plus generous PTO.Quarterly incentive bonuses.Direct hire with benefits eligible after 60 days.Overtime is available but not mandatory.

At our world-class superabrasives company, you will utilize your Swiss CNC machining expertise to craft intricate and precise components for diverse markets. The ideal candidate wants to learn and grow with us.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop programs from engineering drawings
- Specify the tooling required for each program created.
- Accurately document setup and production information, including any deviations or adjustments made during the process. Maintain detailed records for traceability and future reference.
- Troubleshoot programs and tooling to optimize cycle times while ensuring high quality.
- Identify and resolve machine issues, including tool wear, programming errors, or mechanical malfunctions.
- Apply problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Assists in training and troubleshooting and provide leadership for the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Follow established quality and safety standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Has a positive attitude.
- 3-5+ years’ experience programming and operating CNC Swiss and Mill Turn Lathes.
- Ability to work overtime sometimes on short notice.
- Prior experience with Tsugami Swiss Machines, MO8, and/or Hyundai CNC Mill a plus
Physical requirements:
- Ability to run multiple machines each shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Stand for 4+ hours a day
