We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Measurement Partner Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Buy Side, you'll leverage your 5+ years of experience to lead the education, adoption, and delivery of Samba TV's advanced measurement suite for our most critical brand and agency partners. This isn't just about managing studies; it's about becoming a trusted advisor, driving strategic insights, and directly influencing our product evolution based on client needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Cultivate and expand deep, strategic relationships with our largest brand and agency clients. Act as their primary consultant, guiding them through complex research designs, implementation, and the interpretation of high-impact ad effectiveness studies.
- Ensure the delivery of actionable, high-quality insights that directly inform client campaign optimization and future media strategies.
- Systematically gather and synthesize client feedback, proactively translating it into concrete recommendations for our Product and Data Science teams to enhance our measurement methodologies, tools, and overall product roadmap.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive insights dashboards and deep understanding of the client needs, collaborating closely with our Sales organization to demonstrate the unique value of Samba TV's solutions.
- Partner seamlessly with Account Management teams to drive regular strategic reviews (QBRs), forecast revenue accurately, and ensure a unified approach to key accounts. Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure data output consistently exceeds client objectives and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver compelling, executive-level presentations directly to clients, transforming complex data into clear, persuasive narratives. Support the sales team in crafting powerful positioning stories that highlight the ROI of our audience media and measurement capabilities.
- Initiate and lead strategic research projects, including meta-analyses and bespoke client research, identifying trends and uncovering new opportunities for our clients and our business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, sharing best practices in research design, client communication, and data storytelling.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop high-impact case studies, white papers, and marketing materials that showcase the success and value of our measurement solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 7+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing research role, ideally within digital or TV advertising, with a proven track record of leading complex research studies.
- You possess an exceptional ability to identify key trends, and uncover compelling stories and actionable insights that drive client success.
- Your verbal and written communication skills are exemplary. You can articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you're adept at presenting findings persuasively at all levels of a client organization.
- You're not just executing; you're thinking strategically about client needs, market trends, and how our measurement solutions can evolve to meet future demands.
- You're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who thrives on navigating ambiguous situations and delivering solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have a strong ability to visualize data in intuitive and impactful ways that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- You have a deep interest and understanding of the advertising media landscape, including digital, linear TV, and CTV, and can seamlessly integrate this context into your reporting and client consultations.
- You excel in cross-functional environments, building strong relationships internally and externally to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of the Ad Tech industry, media buying/selling, campaign management, and a passion for TV content and measurement.
$125,000 - $145,000 a yearSamba TV expects to offer a base salary between $125,000 - $145,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
