is responsible forsolution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs andalignwith corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals.As Product Management leader you willbe responsible forenhancing and developing the core platform capabilities ofWellSky’sElectronic Health Record (EHR) applications serving our Home Health, Hospice and Palliativecare markets.

As such, you will have responsibility forthe core application platform:identity management, master data management, audit logs, hosting platformstrategyand integration capabilities – to both internal and external entities.WellSky has multiple mature solutions which require strategic development to driveWellSky’svision for transforming healthcareinthe home. You will be a part of a dynamic team whoseeksto innovate rapidly to bring world-class solutions to our clientsusing anAI-first research, design and build strategy.This is a new position for WellSkyHomeand you willhave the opportunity to develop a newframework for how WellSkybuilds and sustainsfuture-forwardplatformcapabilities that delight clients and lay the foundation forhigh impact clinical and financial operations.This position is based atWellSky’sWorld Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and businessobjectives

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment

  • Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives toidentifyopportunities for solution innovation and differentiation

  • Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity

  • Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas ofresponsibility, andensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning

  • Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions tooptimizeresults, and drive continuous improvement

  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least8-10years of relevant work experience

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 6-8years of experience in Product Management 

  • 4-6years of experience developing Healthcare Software 

  • Experience with AI-Assisted Product Management 

Job Expectations:


  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs

  • Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed

  • Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
