CONTRACT/C2CRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect to lead the architecture, integration, and evolution of enterprise ERP solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.In this role, you will serve as the technical authority for D365 F&O, guiding architectural decisions across integrations, cloud services, data, and DevOps practices. You will play a critical role in modernizing and scaling our ERP ecosystem using Azure Integration Services, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with long‑term business strategy.This position is ideal for a hands‑on architect who enjoys owning end‑to‑end technical design, collaborating closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders, and driving ERP excellence in a hybrid cloud environment.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the lead Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Design and oversee enterprise‑scale integration architectures connecting D365 F&O with downstream and upstream systems
  • Architect and maintain Azure Service Bus–centric integration patterns supporting D365 F&O data and business processes
  • Leverage Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, Data Factory) to enable scalable ERP integrations
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, technical guardrails, and best practices aligned with security and compliance requirements
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate ERP requirements into technical solutions
  • Design hybrid architectures that seamlessly connect on‑premises systems with cloud platforms
  • Review detailed business requirements and produce technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams working on D365 F&O and Azure solutions
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to shape ERP roadmap, modernization initiatives, and cloud strategy

Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solutions Architect supporting enterprise ERP platforms
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions
  • Deep expertise with: 
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Logic Apps and Azure Integration Services
  • Function Apps, Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory
  • Strong background in .NET development
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including: 
  • Data modeling and performance optimization
  • Stored procedures, indexing, locking, and query tuning
  • XML queries and relational data design
  • Familiarity integrating D365 F&O with peripheral systems (reporting platforms, data warehouses, third‑party services)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Microsoft certifications highly preferred: 
  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Solution Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
