Business Analyst

Your Role:


 As the Business Analyst, you’ll support and enhance CEA CAPA’s systems and contributes to ongoing efforts to unify and modernize our technology landscape. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with international and domestic teams, and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Partner with end users to understand, document, and clarify needs for break‑fix requests and system enhancements. 
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams. 
  • Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and training materials. 
  • Validate functionality and user experience before and after system releases. 
  • Maintain working knowledge of key SaaS platforms and assist with ongoing administration. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization. 

Starting Salary: $80,000

What Makes a Great Candidate:


  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar SaaS‑focused role. 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. 
  • Experience in business and/or technical writing. 
  • Ability to prioritize independently. 
  • High attention to detail.

  • Experience in higher education or international education. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
