Customers rely on Catch-e to manage critical workflows including quoting, lease origination, payroll file generation, FBT processing, vehicle lifecycle management and compliance.Following its acquisition by Banyan, Catch-e is entering a period of renewed investment and product modernisation. As part of this next phase, we’re building a dedicated Customer Success function.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of Catch-e customers and help them get maximum value from the platform.Based in Melbourne you’ll guide customers through onboarding handover, adoption, training and ongoing optimisation ensuring they are confident users of the system and not relying on manual workarounds or external spreadsheets.You’ll work closely with Support, Product, Sales and Implementation, combining strong relationship management with the ability to understand complex workflows, configurations and data flows.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive product adoption through training, enablement and usage reviews
- Proactively monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts
- Translate customer feedback into clear insights for Product and Engineering
- Support renewals and retention by demonstrating ongoing value
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS training
- Experience supporting complex B2B software platforms
- Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Comfort running customer training sessions and workflow walkthroughs
- Ability to manage multiple customers with competing priorities
