Strategy & Operations Project Manager |


Chicago, IL | Hybrid (3–4 days in office)


Strongpoint is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Project Manager who knows how to turn strategy into action and keep things moving as the organization evolves.This role is ideal for a high-ownership operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and enjoys working across teams to drive real change. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that support our platform and affiliate companies while minimizing disruption and maximizing impact.

What You’ll Do:


  • Own and execute multiple cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies in Asana
  • Keep teams aligned through clear communication, regular check-ins, and strong follow-through
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, and Leadership to move work forward
  • Serve as a key connector between the Strongpoint platform team and affiliate partners
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and bring clarity to shifting priorities
  • Create concise updates and materials for senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:


  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, startups, or similarly fast-moving environments
  • Strong project management and execution skills across multiple workstreams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, discretion, and follow-through
  • Thrives in ambiguity and brings calm, structure, and momentum

If you’re someone who naturally steps in, figures things out, and gets things done, we want to meet you.Pay Transparency Statement:The anticipated pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 annually.At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
