About the Role
Green House is seeking a certified Project Manager with deep experience in Monday.com and a strong background in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, systems-minded PM who thrives in scaling organizations and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving efficiency.Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management & Operations, this role will be instrumental in optimizing how work flows across teams, improving project delivery, and supporting profitability as the agency continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and deliver internal projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
- Own and manage all projects within Monday.com, helping to elevate platform adoption and proficiency across the organization
- Improve and scale the Monday.com environment through workflows, automations, integrations, and connected systems
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce human error across teams and processes
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Develop clear communication plans to support a distributed, hybrid workforce across North American markets
- Manage project resourcing, workload planning, and time/bandwidth allocation to optimize delivery and financial performance
- Lead project retrospectives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay current on project management best practices, tools, and trends to evolve how Green House works
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience (marketing agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven expertise using Monday.com as a primary project management platform
- Project Management certification
- Experience with Net Suite and Concur highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with ERP or system implementations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Leadership qualities that inspire trust, accountability, and innovation
Position Details
- Compensation: $100,000 annually
- Benefits: Full benefits + unlimited PTO
- Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office required)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours
