Position Overview:


GlobalMed Logistix (GMLx) is seeking a Recruiter to support the company’s continued growth across company functions with a focus on operations. This role will own and execute the full cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with leadership to build a strong, scalable workforce aligned with GMLx’s culture and operational standards. In addition to recruiting, this role will support core human resources functions, helping to strengthen foundational HR processes during a period of expansion and organizational transition.

The Recruiter will play a critical role in standardizing hiring and onboarding practices, managing high-volume requisitions, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate and employee experience across all locations.

Responsibilities:


· Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple GMLx locations· Partner closely with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, clarify role requirements, and establish hiring priorities and timelines·  Develop, update, and post job descriptions aligned with GMLx role structures, compensation bands, and internal equity practices· Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies· Review and screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interview logistics across teams· Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and pre-boarding process to ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience· Maintain timely, transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle· Represent GMLx at job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives to support ongoing talent pipeline development· Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized recruiting processes and workflows· Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data, tracking pipelines, hiring progress, and key recruiting metrics· Collaborate with HR Leadership, Operations, and Executive leadership to align hiring activity with business objectives· Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts as the organization scales across locations· Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and DEI best practices· Provide support to HR leadership on employee lifecycle initiatives and HR operations during periods of rapid growth or organizational change

Requirements

Qualifications:


· 5+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition strategy· Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment· Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities· Demonstrated success partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization· High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Paylocity experience preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience· Experience recruiting for operations, logistics, healthcare, or supply chain roles preferred· Experience supporting high-growth, multi-site, or geographically distributed organizations

Physical and Location Demands


While performing the duties of this role, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands and arms for computer-based tasks, communicate effectively, and occasionally move about the work environment. The role may require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis, with reasonable accommodations available.
