Who We Are Looking For


As our Senior Manager of Product, Data Management Solutions, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution of AGDATA’s next‑generation data platform — the engine that fuels insights, reporting, analytics, and operational excellence for some of the most influential brands in agriculture and animal health. If you’re energized by innovation and complex platform evolution, love partnering across engineering, operations, sales, and customers, and thrive on transforming raw data into business‑changing value then this role is built for you. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, operations, engagement management, and customer support to ensure we deliver scalable, secure, cost-effective, and high-performance data solutions that enable operational excellence and deliver client value.

In this role, you will lead high-level strategic initiatives as well as roll up your sleeves, dig in, and help drive change.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the strategic vision for AGDATA Data Services, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Drive innovation in how data is collected, processed, and leveraged to optimize business processes.
  • Full Product Life Cycle Execution: Drive entire product life cycle for our data platform and services for external customers and internal stakeholders, including all go-to-market and organizational readiness activities.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on impact, scalability, and business value. Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of product features.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the data management space. Use these insights to influence product positioning and growth strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to align on technical and business requirements. Facilitate cross-functional communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Lead product development in an agile environment, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement. Work closely with scrum teams to prioritize tasks and manage product backlogs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Act as the voice of internal and external customers, ensuring the platform meets the needs of BPO operations, enabling actionable insights, reporting, and advanced analytics.
  • Data Governance & Scalability: Ensure that the data platform is built with best-in-class governance, security, and scalability practices. Lead efforts to improve data quality, availability, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the platform and its impact on the business. Continuously evaluate product performance, user feedback, and market trends to guide product decisions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor more junior Product Managers and Product Owners. Contribute to a culture of product excellence within the team. Lead by example in driving strategic initiatives and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with domain expertise in the areas of master data management, data governance, analytics platforms, AI/ML and/or automation in operations environments.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading product development in an agile environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data architectures, Artificial Intelligence use cases, ETL pipelines, big data technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and APIs. Ability to work closely with technical teams to make informed product decisions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with data visualization tools and BI platforms is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for building products that deliver tangible business value and enhance the customer experience.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, data management trends, and BPO industry needs to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Desired Additional Qualifications:


  • Experience in the Agriculture, Turf & Ornamental, or Animal Health industries, particularly if that experience involves supply chain and/or ecosystem planning, operations, and optimization
  • Experience with Master Data Management processes and systems, including MDM platform market solutions (e.g. Reltio, Semarchy, Informatica, SAP BODS)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements around data security and privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
