As a Groundsman you work closely with the Community Service Manager and team in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company.  The main emphasis is to ensure the grounds are free and clear of trash and pet waste. Also, the majority of the time is spent outdoors cleaning and painting the breezeways.If you’re someone willing to work closely with your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers, we want to speak with you!
