Join a national real estate brokerage with 27 locations and a proven, 18-year sales model. Every leader at NetWorth Realty began in this role.This opportunity is designed for individuals ready to build a long-term, full-time real estate career in an in-person, team-based environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work from the local office and in the field within the surrounding market
Learn and execute a proven 18-year sales system
Build and grow your own book of business
Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers
Negotiate contracts and close transactions

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Hands-on training with a senior agent
Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Training focused on teaching agents how to generate and grow their own business
Leadership opportunities filled from within

INCOME POTENTIAL

Some agents earn six figures in year one
Average first-year income: ~$90,000
Many agents' double income in year two
(Commission-only; no salary or hourly pay)
