About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our Client's team in North Las Vegas. The ideal candidate has experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows safety and project timelines closely. Training will be provided.

This is a permanent, direct employment opportunity. The expected weekly schedule is expected to be between 30-40 hours, normally closer to 40.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming before painting.
  • Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, sealers, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Cover floors, furniture, and fixtures to protect from paint splatter.
  • Inspect and maintain painting equipment and tools.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status and materials needed.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and finish standards.
  • Other responsibilities may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in professional painting (residential, commercial, or industrial) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and color matching.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or drawings.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • OSHA or safety certification a plus.
