What We Are Looking For
Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing credit union core software conversions and other credit union information technology projects through completion. Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines. Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to project team members. Carries out these responsibilities with guidance from management as needed. Ensures Management is well informed of area activities and potential risks, issues, and concerns.
Assists with administrative support on Corelation initiatives.Requirements· Lead the planning and implementation of projects. · Develop conversion project plans, plan and schedule conversion timelines.· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.· Provide support and direction to project teams.· Work independently in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines, prioritizing multiple tasks and resolving issues.· Travel to client sites for project initiation and conversion.· Performs other duties as assigned.
Why You Are The Perfect Fit
Experience
Two to four years of related experience required. Two to four years of project management experience preferred. One to two years of credit union, banking or financial technology experience preferred.
Education
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job-specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training. PMP certification preferred.

*Range depends on geographic metro / zone, budget, and experience*Salary Description$72,250 - $85,000
