Role purpose:
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia and Singapore, ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently and with high-quality talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across Indonesia and Singapore
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview processes and support hiring managers throughout the selection stage
- Ensure hiring SLA and recruitment timelines are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and regions
- Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and pipeline status to hiring managers
- Support recruitment-related projects or initiatives as needed
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment is a must
- Exposure to hiring for Indonesia and/or Singapore markets is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (professional working proficiency)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and open to ambiguity across different markets
