This fully virtual B2B position combines functions traditionally associated with Student Advising and Career Services Coordination to create a single, streamlined support experience for students from enrollment through job placement. StrataTech is seeking multiple Recruiter / Advisor positions, each aligned to specific skilled-trade pathways including Welding, HVAC, and Electrical. Recruiter / Advisors guide Amazon Associates through program onboarding, monitor academic and attendance progress, proactively support retention, and ensure students receive employment preparation aligned to their assigned trade pathway.
This role contributes directly to StrataTech's Amazon performance metrics, including enrollment growth, retention, and job placement outcomes.Responsibilities:STUDENT RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING • Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Associates exploring or enrolling in Career Choice programs. • Provide accurate program details, workforce outcomes, and career pathway guidance for Welding, HVAC, and Electrical programs. • Support students through Amazon’s approval, enrollment, and start-date workflows.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of applicant status, required documents, approvals, and onboarding steps. • Partner with internal teams and Amazon Career Choice personnel to ensure a smooth and compliant student experience. STUDENT ADVISING, RETENTION & ACADEMIC SUPPORT • Monitor student progress including attendance, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and course engagement. • Conduct proactive outreach to students who are absent, behind academically, or at risk of withdrawal. • Support student persistence and satisfaction through scheduled check-ins, guidance, and resource referrals.
CAREER SERVICES & POST-GRADUATION EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT • Guide graduates through employment preparation including resumes, mock interviews, job applications, and soft-skills coaching. • Work within the B2B Placement team to ensure graduate readiness, job preferences, and alignment with hiring needs. • Build and manage a portfolio of hiring partners in key locations across the country. • Meet weekly placement activity expectations tied to Amazon Career Choice performance metrics. • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting on student progress, retention, and placement outcomes.
