This role owns the development, testing, and optimization of health-related, direct-response marketing creative across multiple products and promotions.This is not a traditional traffic or project management role. While you will manage creative workflows end-to-end, success in this role requires an exceptional marketing mindset, strong writing and proofreading skills, an unwavering commitment to deadlines, an understanding of funnels and KPIs, and the confidence to make informed decisions based on performance data.You’ll partner closely with marketing, copy, legal, executive, design and production teams to ensure creative assets are strategically aligned, results-driven, and continually improving.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing creative process from concept through execution for campaigns and funnels
- Manage and prioritize projects across multiple promotions, timelines, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing partners to understand campaign goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Review and evaluate creative performance, using data and insights to recommend optimizations and next steps
- Lead creative testing efforts, including new concepts, formats, and messaging variations
- Contribute to writing and developing supporting marketing assets (e.g., emails, landing page copy, ad concepts)
- Ensure creative assets align with brand standards while also driving measurable results
- Act as a strategic partner (not just a coordinator) by proactively making recommendations and decisions based on outcomes
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or campaign management role (direct response or performance marketing experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and how creative impacts conversion and revenue
- Comfort working with performance data and translating insights into actionable creative direction (deep analytics expertise not required, this can be taught)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience a plus but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident decision-maker who can balance creative intuition with performance results
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Compensation Range –
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
Location(s) & Work Arrangement –
Mount Vernon, Baltimore / Hybrid
