Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff to completion. You’ll own timelines, budgets, communication, and delivery - ensuring projects stay on track and customers stay happy.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end project planning including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management for interrelated telecommunications and infrastructure initiatives
  • Track project progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and escalate as needed to keep projects on course
  • Assess scope and timeline changes and collaborate with account managers to document and implement change plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and execute clear communication plans to ensure consistent, transparent stakeholder updates
  • Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to all assigned projects
  • Mentor and support junior project managers on processes, tools, and delivery standards
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, billing, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and financial alignment

Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building ability
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering both short- and long-term customer projects
  • Demonstrated ability to drive timelines and accountability across internal teams
  • Self-directed with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Comfortable operating in complex environments and applying critical thinking to solve problems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education & Experience


  • 5+ years of IT project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience preferred
  • Experience in telecommunications and/or IT infrastructure strongly preferred
  • Experience with ConnectWise and Smartsheet highly preferred

Certifications


  • CAPM certification highly preferred (required within 6 months of hire if not already obtained)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
