Your Impact


As a Customer Success–aligned Account Executive, you are responsible for growing and retaining client relationships while ensuring clients achieve measurable value from our solutions. You serve as a strategic partner to your accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, expand services, and strengthen long-term alignment.In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for retention, renewal, and expansion
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure clients achieve defined outcomes
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities based on client goals, usage, and performance
  • Lead renewal conversations with a focus on value realization and long-term partnership
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights to improve services, processes, and offerings
  • Drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth through account expansion rather than transactional selling

Your success will be measured by client health, retention, expansion revenue, and the strength of long-term partnerships you build.Requirements To succeed in this role, you bring a strong blend of relationship management, business acumen, and customer advocacy.

Required:


  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, or Customer Success–focused sales roles
  • Proven experience managing existing client relationships, renewals, and upsell/expansion
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to uncover client needs and align solutions to outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Delivery, or Implementation teams
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfort using CRM tools and data to track account health and opportunities
  • Up to 15% travel

Preferred:


  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or recurring-revenue environments
  • Familiarity with customer success frameworks (health scores, success plans, QBRs)
  • Experience leading strategic account reviews or renewal planning
  • Located in Arizona, Oregon, or Texas
