The Arc XP Partnerships team is seeking a Technology Alliances manager focused on working within the Media, Publishing and News ecosystem in service of customers who are changing their digital experience platform. The ideal candidate will be developing our most strategic partnerships that either align to our product organization to complement our solutions, create a new industry or vertical footprint leveraging the Arc XP Publishing technology and drive a unique go-to-market business partnership to accelerate our indirect and direct sales.As the Technology Alliances Manager, you will be executing partnerships to differentiate Arc XP in the market, build a rich partner ecosystem, and delight our customers.
Our team is extremely cross-functional collaborative, and we share ideas, and set a standard for how other partners in our ecosystem can leverage our best practices to scale their business. Our duties span across sales, marketing, product and other cloud business units. We strive to forge partnerships that provide us a competitive advantage in the market or extend the Arc XP Publishing Platform to add significant value to our end customers. Our team is instrumental in influencing revenue and driving higher retention with our digital experience platform, as well as collaboratively impacting product strategy.

How You'll Support the Mission
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market sales and marketing strategies with partnerships that accelerate top of the funnel leads for our sales team.
- Facilitate the development of a comprehensive joint business plan with clear priorities and growth targets to meet or exceed business goals.
- Utilize both sales and marketing experience supporting integrated solutions in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer space.
- Define joint partnership success metrics and GTM growth initiatives with each partner.
- Develop GTM solutions, field engagement and enablement plan, demand generation / marketing plan, partnership governance plan, partner enablement plan, and product and technology alignment.
- Collaborate with and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, alliances, operations, and industry experts to a shared vision.
- Exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple stakeholders to support the alliances/sales strategy.
Skills and Experience You Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in the following areas: alliance management, channel sales, channel account management, marketing, business development or SaaS sales
- Experience with creating differentiated and successful channel account management plans and relationships with partners
- Experience working with Cloud-based enterprise application resellers
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant increase in revenue through partnerships with track record of exceeding sales quota
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM’s
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales and marketing experts

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained statusThe salary range for this position is:$109,270 - $202,930 AnnualThe actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
