We help organizations plan their AI transformation, upskill their workforce, and integrate AI into their workflows and business processes – all with the goal of driving real productivity gains and ROI.As part of our growth, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement for our software and services.
This role is critical to enabling $100K+ enterprise deals with companies over 1,000 employees. You'll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that translates our capabilities into compelling business value for C-suite buyers.Candidates must be U.S.-based and reside in one of the following states: AK, CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, MN, NY, PA, TX, & WI.
What you’ll do:
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and own Section product positioning, messaging, and value propositions Center that resonate with enterprise buyers (CIO, CISO, VP of Operations, Head of AI)
- Create comprehensive sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and battlecards
- Build and maintain a sales enablement library tailored to different buyer personas, industries, and use cases
- Train and enable the sales team on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with the Director of Enterprise Marketing and sales to develop account-based marketing plays and custom materials for strategic opportunities
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and platform capabilities
- Develop customer success stories, proof points, and ROI case studies that demonstrate enterprise deployment value
- Create industry-specific messaging and use cases (financial services, healthcare, professional services, etc.)
- Produce high-quality content including whitepapers, webinars, presentation materials, and sales decks for enterprise audiences
Who you are:
Must-haves:
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record supporting six-figure+ enterprise deals
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, procurement processes, and complex sales cycles
- Exceptional storytelling ability – can translate technical features into clear business value and ROI
- Strong sales enablement experience with measurable impact on win rates, deal velocity, and sales team adoption
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can work independently
- AI-first mindset: We are hiring AI-first candidates that have or will reinvent their role and tasks with AI for greater efficiency and quality
Special requirements:
- Available for occasional travel to team offsites (bi-annually)
Compensation
$140K - $180K depending on qualifications and experienceAlso includes equity (stock options)
