As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline of support for our customers, ensuring seamless interactions and top-tier service. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive communication that enhances the customer journey. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
- Account Assistance: Assist customers with order tracking, service updates, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer accounts and usage trends to identify potential issues and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaboration with CSMs: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to support customer needs, providing insights and feedback to enhance overall service.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Customer Education: Guide customers on Booster’s products, services, and best practices to maximize their experience.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Escalation Management: Recognize and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring follow-through on resolutions.
Starting Pay Range: $25-30/hr
